Cole Urh, Psy.D. (they/she/he) is a Licensed Psychologist with generalist training, though they specialize in working with adolescents, teenagers, and emerging adults and their families. They completed their undergraduate degree at North Carolina State University, majoring in Psychology and minoring in Spanish. Cole continued on to obtain her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Regent University in Virginia Beach. They completed their doctoral internship and postdoctoral training at Boys Town Center for Behavioral Health in Omaha, Nebraska.

Cole has worked with a wide range of clinical concerns and in various settings. He has provided services in outpatient, inpatient, partial hospitalization, assessment, and residential settings and has worked with young children, teenagers, adults, couples, families, and elderly populations. Specifically, Cole enjoys working on internalizing concerns, such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. They are passionate about identity development, navigating the systems someone lives in (familial, occupational, societal, etc), and finding more effective ways to cope. As a member of the queer and neurodivergent communities, Cole loves to work with clients to find the best ways for them to thrive in the environments they have chosen.

Cole has lived in many different places, but currently resides in Raleigh, NC with their partner, dog, and three cats. They love to crochet, read, write, play TTRPGs, and bake delicious treats.
